Angelie Torne

Angelie is an Executive Producer and Managing Partner at Palm Pictures, an impact-driven motion pictures company. She also holds a pivotal role as a  Non-Executive Director and Board Member at Platinum, a distinguished management consulting firm. Serving as an independent advisor engaged in policymaking, executive oversight, and the representation of stakeholder interests, aiding the organisation in achieving its strategic objectives.

Before this, Angelie served as a Director and member of the Operating Board of Directors for a division of Informa Plc, a FTSE 100 events and information corporation. At Informa, she achieved remarkable business growth. She successfully managed international business development strategy and sales operations across diverse regions, including the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia-Pacific, Australasia, and the Indian subcontinent. Her leadership left an indelible mark on the company's success and growth trajectory.

With a background in investment banking and derivatives from ABN Amro and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Angelie possesses the experience and knowledge of high-level finance, compliance risk management, and strategic investment planning, including mergers and acquisitions, making her an invaluable, trusted advisor to the organisations she advises.

She has an outstanding record of successfully driving organic growth, forming impactful global partnerships, managing mergers and acquisitions, and consistently delivering exceptional results to the businesses and clients she served.


Beyond her corporate achievements, she is a dedicated humanitarian who has supported numerous organisations, such as UNICEF, Cambridge Cleantech and Oxfordshire Greentech, to advance children's rights and environmental sustainability.

She is a business growth strategist and an associate alumna of the University of Cambridge Judge Business School and the University of Oxford Saïd Business School. She also completed the Film Finance Programme at the University of California, Los Angeles, to expand her expertise.
